Registration

Register your cohort

Takes about five minutes. We’ll confirm your registration and be in touch as the program comes together.

Cohort registration

One form per cohort. Your cohort works best as a group small enough to actually meet — most are 3 to 15 people. A team that checks in regularly will get far more out of this than a large group that never talks about it.

If your organization wants multiple cohorts — for example, a leadership team and a frontline team, or different departments — submit once for each. Each cohort gets its own Slack channel and can move at its own pace.
